SUCCESS STORY - 4 WEEKS TRANSFORMATION

Congratulations to my amazing client Abi!

I am thrilled to share that she has achieved outstanding results in less than a month with just 8 sessions! Abi had already lost approximately 2 stones and was leading a healthy, active lifestyle, but unfortunately, she had hit a plateau. That's when she reached out to me for help.

Our mission was to reduce her body fat percentage, tone up, learn proper weight training technique, and develop confidence in the gym. Abi was already following a healthy, balanced diet, but I suggested incorporating healthy fats and decreasing carbohydrates. We also eliminated wheat and dairy and allowed one cheat meal per week.

Our focus was on weight training, which we split into lower and upper body days, followed by 10 minutes of core workout.

I'm proud to say that Abi remained committed to her plan from day one without any excuses. She never missed a single session and stayed incredibly focused and determined to achieve her goal. The results we were able to achieve together are simply amazing!

Although this is just the beginning of Abi's journey, I'm confident that if she could achieve so much in less than a month, she will go on to accomplish great things in the next six months. Way to go, Abi!
