The Meaning Behind the Brand
I truly believe that you won't be able to make someone else happy if you're not happy with yourself. If you want to care for your family and loved ones, you need to prioritize self-care. Without taking care of yourself first, you won't have the strength to effectively help others.
That's why I incorporate the four most important pillars of happiness into my work:
• Nutrition
• fitness
• STYLE
• self-care.
Life isn't just about survival—it's about reaching your full potential. I work with badass women who have high standards and want to ensure that their appearance and inner well-being reflect that.
Taking care of these four aspects is crucial, in my opinion, to feel good about yourself, keep your energy high, and spread it to the world!

My Story
HEALTH & FASHION - why am I a mix of both?
From a young age, I had two passions: fashion and dancing.
Health and fitness:
I began dancing at age 10, eventually becoming a fitness instructor, personal trainer, and nutritional therapist. I've been in the health coaching business for a very long time.
Fashion:
Even as a dancer, my focus was on styling rather than solely on performance or technique. From the age of 16, I started styling, assisting dance crews in preparing their stage looks. Then I graduated from Costume Design and Fashion/TV Makeup School in Warsaw. I worked with renowned brands like H&M as a visual merchandiser and interned behind the scenes of shows like "You Can Dance" & "You Got Talent," preparing participants for their moments in the spotlight. I created a fashion blog and launched my own t-shirt brand.
Mix of both:
However, I didn't realize how difficult entrepreneurship could be without a steady cash flow, so I moved to the UK with my partner, intending to save money for a clothing business. Little did I know that I would spend the next decade in the UK, establishing a reputation in the health and fitness sector. I've been coaching thousands of women one-on-one to help them achieve their health and fitness goals.
When I transitioned my business online and shifted away from personal training, I began working extensively with entrepreneurs, content creators, and CEOs. These individuals prioritize their appearance due to constant public exposure. Thus, I started assisting them with their image and styling needs, reigniting my passion for styling. It turned out that there was a high demand for new outfits due to their content creation commitments. Consequently, I divided my services into two distinct offerings: styling & health/body transformation. Some clients already feel confident but require outfit coordination, while others seek assistance with their health and body before delving into styling.
What I believe in, and what "Health Means Happiness" stands for, is that real transformation is not about fitting into certain beauty standards, achieving a flawless body, or conforming to trends. Absolutely not! To me, it's all about ENERGY and being 100% authentic. That's what I do with people - I help them be their best selves through their outfits and taking care of their bodies!
