Is Weight Loss Possible with PCOS and Celiac? The Inspiring Transformation of My Client

Losing weight can be a daunting task for anyone, but it can be especially challenging for those with PCOS ( polycystic ovary syndrome) and celiac disease. These two conditions make it harder for the body to process food and regulate hormones, which can lead to weight gain and other health issues. However, I am here to tell you that weight loss is possible even with these conditions, and I have the inspiring transformation of my client Kasia to prove it.

Kasia came to me last November with a weight of 11.9st (76kg). As a full-time working mum with celiac disease and PCOS, she knew that losing weight would be a challenge, but she was determined to make it happen. Over the course of seven months, we worked together to create a personalized fitness and nutrition plan that would work for her.

At first, Kasia struggled to adjust to her new lifestyle. She had to be strict with her diet due to her celiac disease, which made it harder to eat out and enjoy social occasions. However, she was committed to her goals and never gave up. We worked around her busy schedule, including her night shifts, and trained together in the mornings after her 12-hour shift. Her dedication was truly impressive and inspiring.

Despite the challenges, Kasia started seeing results quickly. In just seven months, she lost an impressive 2.9st (18kg) and reached her new weight of

9.1st (58kg). This weight loss not only helped Kasia feel more confident and motivated but also improved her overall health and well-being.

It may require more discipline and patience, but with the right support and guidance, it can be done. As a transformation coach, I always encourage my clients to take their time and not rush the process.
